Impartiality Policy
- OQSI PERU S.A.C. main objective is to guarantee the impartiality of its activities, ensuring that they are carried out without commercial, internal or external financial or other pressures that may compromise the impartiality of OQSI PERU S.A.C. inspection and certification processes. Therefore, the actions taken to safeguard impartiality governs all participants of the organization, from top management, collaborators, subcontractors and members of the advisory committee.
2. OQSI PERU S.A.C. establishes controls to reduce the risks detected. For which:
2.1 OQSI identifies and manages impartiality risks on an ongoing basis.
2.2 All personnel evaluate the existence of conflict of interest or risk to the impartiality of the activities they carry out in the performance of their duties.
2.3 All employees sign an affidavit of no conflict of interest. All employees receive regular training in the impartiality procedure3. OQSI PERU S.A.C. should not:
3.1 Be the designer, manufacturer, installer, distributor or maintainer of the certified product.
3.2 Be the designer, implementer, operator or the person responsible for the maintenance of the certified process;
3.3 Be the designer, implementer, supplier or maintainer of the certified service;
3.4 Offer or provide consultancy to its customers.
3.5 Offer or provide management system consultancy or internal audit to its clients, when the certification scheme requires the evaluation of the client’s management system.
3.6 All OQSI PERU SAC personnel, subcontractors and the Advisory Committee that may have influence in the inspection and certification activities must act with impartiality and know the company’s policies.
